Sit dit een kant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwyder meeste van die olie wat in die pan is. Een teelepel olie is genoeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Braai die res van die uie in die olie, tot dit sag is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gooi die chili poeier in en braai vir \u2018n minuut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gooi die res van die speserye in en braai vir \u2018n verdere 2-3 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gooi die vleis by en roer goed, tot die vleis na \u2018n brein kleur verander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stel die hitte af en las die jogurt by. Meng goed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gooi \u2018n halwe koppie water by en plass deksel op die pan. Laat dit kook vir 15 minute op middelmatige temperatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwyder die deksel en laat kook die pan tot alle vloeistof in \u2018n dik sous verander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terwyl die sous kook , verhit \u2018n pot met 15 koppies water en sous vir die rys.
